PREDicting property price
The goal of the project is to use Ames, Iowa housing data and linear regression modeling techniques to predict property prices (in Ames, Iowa during 2006 to 2010). The goal was to also determine which features increase house sale price and which decrease house sale price. A linear regression model was created to predict house sale price, and its accuracy and precision in prediction were assessed.
